The girls (especially McKenzie) are really into coloring. Aunt Macie gave them a really neat Princess coloring book that also had several pages of stickers in it. Well instead of using the stickers to enhance pictures or create pictures, the majority of the stickers end up as body art! Lovely creativity!
My girls love to do that with stickers too. Your girls are so cute. I loved what you said about life. It is true. I love to look at my blog also and probably for the same reason. Life seems so simple and sweet for just a moment. I also love keeping in touch with friends. I hope you are doing great. Love Adrienne
Hi Scott and Christina, This blog thing is too fun. You get to see people you haven't seen in years and get updated on their family life. I found your blog link on Andrew Black's and had to check it out. Your girls are so cute! I have to say my little boys do the same thing only often times the stickers end up on my hard wood floors too! If you get a chance, check out my blog camnem.blogspot.com see ya! Emily (Nye) Stiver
Upon seeing the first snow this winter, Whitney looked out the window and said, "It's Christmas Time!! Santa must be on him way!"
I said, "Oh Whit, you have choclate on your chin." and she said back to me very seriously, "That's just my beard mom."
Whitney said, "Mom, Santa's favorite people are Jesus and the toothfairy."
This morning as I was waking Kenzie up for school, she opened her eyes and looked at me and said, "3 more days until you have your precious baby, Mom!"----Which I have 11 days until my due date, but having the baby this Saturday would be great! I hope she is right.
On the way home from Bosie . . .We were passing a field of sand and Whitney looked out the window and asked, " Are we in Egypt?"
McKenzie in her prayer . . . " and please bless Aunt Macie will get her hot tub and have lots of babies." Macie has been talking about wanting an out door pool at her house. And Kenzie always prays for her to have a baby. She is so thoughtful and concerned
McKenzie came up the stairs and said, "Hey Dad, What's that smell? (pause) . . . Oh, it's you." (He had been fixing the lawn mower and smelled of Gasoline.)
Whitney was "playing" with Dallas . . . she had his little FOOTBALL and was showing him how to throw it, "Like this, Dallas, back and forth, back and forth." ---While holding the football to his hand--- then she told him, "See? Now you know how to play BASEBALL!" Poor Bubba, that is what you are going to get living with girls!!
