Thanks Melyssa!!!

We went to the college gardens last Friday and my good friend Melyssa took some pictures of our family! She did such a wonderful job! We love them all! Here are just a few of them! Thanks Melyssa. You Rock! I am so glad that you live in Rexburg; it has been so much fun to get our girls together to play. You can always make me laugh with the great stories you tell! You are so much fun!

I have been Tagged

Six unimportant facts about me . . .

1. I can do all 3 splits, a backhandspring, and an aerial. Not too shabby for a mother of three!

2. I hate to see, touch, handle, or in any other manner be around raw meat. It seriously grosses me out. My family would totally be vegetarians, except that Scott likes meat. So I am brave and I cook it for my family. The things you do . . .

3. I love the smell of my babies. They have each had a different and distinct smell. As a baby they always have their own room and I can smell them as soon as I open their door. And I am not talking baby lotion and baby soap smell, I mean they actually emit smell to me-that comes from them. I know, I am strange. I am a "smell" person.

4. I wore the same watch every day for literally 10 years. I would still be wearing it, except that the clasp finally gave out around Christmas time and I got a new watch.

5. I love to shop. I love to bargain hunt. Seriously, the same thrill that men get from "big game hunting" I get from shopping.

6. I hate to waste things. I will eat food off of my children's plates just so it won't be thrown away. I will wrap up and save tiny portions of things. I am slightly fanatic about it. "Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without." "Waste not, want not."

Scott, I love you . . .

With Father's Day coming up I am thinking of you, and how I have watched you become a father. You work so hard at making time for each one of our girls. I love that you spend time with them talking, reading, laughing, playing wii, playing gladiators, taking them fishing . . . They adore you and look to you for assurance that they are special, beautiful, smart, talented . . . and I see you encouraging them and boosting their self esteem. You are always positive with them; always loving and tender. Every night, since they were born, you are the one who tucks them in one last time before heading to bed yourself. Careful and quiet you rearrange bedding, replace missing pillows, tuck in an arm, and then kiss them one more time. I listen to you calm teary tantrums and help our "drama queens" find a balance and a safe place when the "world is ending." You are their hero. I love you dearly. Thanks for being the man in our lives.

Splish Splash, I was Taking a Bath . . .

What fun in the tub! The girls are getting too big to bathe all together, so this is probably their last time fitting in the tub! Sisterly love!

I wanna be a super model

The girls got new summer P.J.'s (from Nana) they were all matching and so cute, I just had to take some pictures! They are growing way too fast! My sweet, little girls. . .

The Bigger They are the Harder They Fall

We sold our biggest pinetree in the backyard! It was growing into it's neighbor. It was the highlight of our day to watch the big truck come and scoop up our tree!
